The story of our field trip and what the children learned from it impressed the editorial staff of the magazine. Quotes from Anju, Gou, Marehiko, Alisa, Eriko, Casey, Meg, Erika, Max, Arisa and Lisa show what a fun time they had. Don't miss the pictures of kids trying out careers as travel agents, policemen and pastry chefs. The field trip inspired children to think about the future. Soichiro, Joe and Henry created unique timelines showing what they will achieve later in life. Kitty submitted an essay about her dream to be a pediatrician and a pre-school teacher along with her drawing. We are very proud of all of you!

Copies will be distributed to all the students who appeared in the magazine. After distribution, if we have any copies left, we wil make them available to to other students. Meanwhile, you can pick up a free copy of the Weeekender in locations like Hiroo Segafredo, National Azabu Supermarket and Nissin World Delicattesen.

GKAの子供たちがウィークエンダー誌に特集されました！

ウィークエンダー３月１６日号の表紙にはボビー・バレンタイン監督の写真が飾られ、見出しには “A Taste of Success – Global Kids Academy visits Kidzania” （成功への道 − グローバルキッズアカデミー　キッザニア東京へ行く）と載りました。ご存知の方も多いかと思いますが、去年の１２月のウィンタープログラムの特別企画で子供たちがキッザニア東京へ遠足に行きました。そのことが記事になり、それに伴いGKAの子供たちの将来の夢も取り上げられました。GKAの特集の記事は14と15ページに掲載されています。是非、ご覧ください。

キッザニア東京への遠足、子供たちがお仕事を体験して学んだことが、ウィークエンダー誌の編集者たちを魅了しました。遠足から帰ってきた時の子供たちの感想も引用されました。Anju, Gou, Marehiko, Alisa, Eriko, Casey, Meg, Erika, Max, Arisa, Lisa からの言葉で楽しさが伝わってきます。また、旅行代理店、警察官、パン屋さんのお仕事を体験している子供たちの写真も是非ご覧ください。とても立派です。この体験を通して、将来の夢を考える子供たちも増えました。 Soichiro, Joe, Henry は自分たちの人生のタイムラインを作りました。Kitty は自分の夢について作文を書き、素敵な絵も添えてくれました。GKAの子供たちが築き上げていく将来がとても楽しみです。
